Player Agreement — Afrinova
This player agreement sets out the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Afrinova and any individual who registers an account or uses the platform. All users are bound by this agreement upon registration, and continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
Afrinova reserves the right to amend this player agreement at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the current version periodically, and material changes will be communicated through the platform.
1. Eligibility
To use the platform, individuals must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher
- Be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful
- Not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the platform
- Not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of Afrinova
Afrinova reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation.
2. Account Registration
Each user may hold only one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.
When registering, users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must not share account access with any third party.
Afrinova is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly.
3. Identity Verification
In accordance with applicable regulations, Afrinova is required to verify the identity of its users. Verification may be requested at the time of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any point during the user’s activity on the platform.
Users may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
- A valid government-issued photo identification document
- Proof of residential address dated within three months
- Proof of the payment method used to fund the account
Withdrawals may be withheld until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. Afrinova reserves the right to close an account if verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Deposits
Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user’s own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section. Afrinova does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and any such funds will be returned to the original source where possible.
Deposit transactions are typically credited to the account promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Afrinova is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever this is technically feasible.
Afrinova aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
The platform reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving a withdrawal. Users will be informed if further documentation or information is required to complete the process.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, Afrinova may offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.
Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other abusive strategies may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Afrinova reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users should consult the specific terms of each offer before participating.
7. Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded under any promotion are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before the funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated within the terms of each individual offer.
This player agreement requires users to note that wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Not all game types may contribute equally toward the wagering requirement, and contribution rates are detailed in the promotion terms.
If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the platform reserves the right to remove the bonus amount and any associated winnings prior to processing the payment.
8. Games and Fair Play

Users are required to engage with games in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Any form of fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
Afrinova reserves the right to void bets or winnings and suspend accounts where a breach of fair play rules is identified. Decisions made in this regard are final following internal review.
9. Responsible Gambling
Afrinova is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides users with tools to manage their activity. These tools include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling resources available on the platform. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
Afrinova will not knowingly allow a self-excluded individual to open a new account. If a self-excluded user attempts to register, the account will be closed and any deposits returned.
10. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period as defined by the platform’s dormancy policy. Users will be notified by email before any dormancy classification is applied.
Once an account is classified as dormant, an administration fee may be deducted from the remaining balance on a periodic basis, in accordance with applicable regulations. The fee schedule will be communicated to the user prior to deductions commencing.
Users may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements. Balances will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fee deductions.
11. Disputes and Complaints
Users who wish to raise a dispute or complaint should contact the Afrinova support team in the first instance, providing full details of the issue along with any supporting documentation. The support team will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
If a user is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution service, where available under the applicable regulatory framework.
This player agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Afrinova holds its operating licence. All disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaint process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
